Parking

Building underground parking is restricted to authorised residents. Guests may park outside the building, under the building overhang, or in surrounding streets.

Get Your Keys

At the main building entrance, look to the right side of the structure. Find the wall-mounted lockboxes there.

Locate the Puroma lockbox labelled "N". Enter your code below, open the box and take both the apartment keys and the electronic RFID chip.

Keep the RFID chip safe — you need it to enter the building and call the elevator on every trip.

Enter the Building

Walk up to the glass main entrance doors. There are two ways to open the door:

Option A — RFID chip (recommended)

Hold the chip against the small black reader on the left side of the central door. Wait for a beep and the reader to turn green, then pull the door open.

Option B — Georgian number? Call the door

Stand in front of the door and call the number below. Wait for the green light — the door will unlock automatically.

Take the Elevator

Enter one of the two lifts. Hold your RFID chip against the black reader on the elevator panel — it will recognise the chip.

Once accepted, press Floor 7.

Find Apartment #83

Exit the elevator on the 7th floor. Turn left down the hallway. Apartment #83 is your destination.

Use the apartment key from the lockbox to unlock the door. Enjoy your stay!

Check-Out Checklist

Check-out by 10:00 AM. Naty will be at the elevator, or leave keys in the lockbox.

Late check-out incurs a $20 fee.

Turn off all lights and the AC

Close and lock all windows

Log out of any accounts on the Smart TV

Check under the beds for belongings

Take any food from the fridge

Wash the dishes

Lock the door and return keys to Naty or the lockbox

Your chip opens the building entrance and calls the elevator. Please keep it safe throughout your stay and return it on check-out.

Utility Interruptions

Tbilisi occasionally experiences water, electricity, or gas interruptions due to city infrastructure works. If an outage runs longer than expected, Natia will do her best to bring drinking water as a courtesy. Emergency water (20+ L) is always available in the bathroom.
